Five Bears advance to FBLA State
The William Chrisman Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) had a strong showing at the District 4 FBLA competition on Monday February 8 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty.
All of the Chrisman participants fared well, with five students advancing to Missouri FBLA State competition.
Ronnie Craven, Anna O'Renick and Sam Wimberley took first in Sports and Entertainment Management to advance to State.
Other State qualifiers included Nik Steele, who finished second in Personal Finance and Dylan Kolb, who was third in Healthcare Administration.
Harrison Lara and Vincent Kent finished just short of State as they took fourth in Business Ethics.
FBLA State will be held April 24-26 in Springfield.
