The boys are looking for success this season, they feel confident in how the team is showing out this year.
Senior Connor Ruch said, “We want a better season than last year. The team as a whole needs to stop being selfish and have good chemistry with one another.”
Ruch’s teammates agree that they need to be better as a team this season.
“This year we are trying to do better by playing as a team, and also needs to stop being selfish with the ball,” sophomore Tre’ Sisco said.
“Definitely to have better team chemistry,” sophomore Tony Hilton said.
The season has started with several hard practices and a focus on starting strong from the beginning of the season.
“We are all going to play our hardest at the Jamboree,” senior Daniel Cooper said. “And, this will show how well our first match up will be and see how people react to it. This will be a tough season, we are going to need to learn how to fight through adversity.”
The Bears hope today’s jamboree is the start of a successful season.
