Chrisman Girls’ Golf Takes Third at Suburban White Conference Tournament
The Chrisman girls’ golf team placed third as a team Tuesday at the Conference Tournament at Shiloh Springs (Par 71), finishing just three shots out of second.
Individually, the Lady Bears had 3 medalists, and 4 season best rounds, three of which were new personal records. All-Conference Medalist Kelstin Wilson led the way, finishing seventh with a new PR of 105. Ally Vaughn and Lexy Abshier were All-Conference Honorable Mention Medalists finishing in 11th and 13th respectively. Vaughn set a new PR of 118 and Abshier shot a season best of 120. Alli Hearron also set a new PR of 135, and Hannah Black rounded things out with a 136.
Now, the Lady Bears get ready for Districts,
“I am extremely excited to see them progress and enjoy playing golf,” coach John Beaman said.
Senior Ally Vaughn made the comment “I love golf now, I want to play every day.”
